Frequently Asked Questions
What toothbrushes are these heads compatible with?
These heads are made for the Toxin Rebellion electric handle. That's the only handle we can confirm they fit.
They don't fit Philips Sonicare. They don't fit Oral-B either — Oral-B's shank is patented, so nothing but an Oral-B head will fit an Oral-B handle.
We haven't tested any other brand, so we can't confirm either way rather than guess. If you're unsure about your handle, email us at support@toxinrebellion.com before you order.

How are the bristles sourced?
Our bristles come from the food industry — they're a by-product that would otherwise go to waste. No animals are harmed specifically for bristles.
The bristles contain no nylon and no plastic of any kind, which is the part most brushes can't say.

How are the bristles sterilised?
Every bristle is scoured, washed, and steam-sterilised at 100°C for 6 hours. They arrive sterile, odourless, and ready to use straight out of the box.
How long does each toothbrush last?
Each brush lasts 2–3 months — the same replacement cycle dentists recommend. A 4-pack covers you for a full year.
What's your return policy?
90-day money-back guarantee. Don't love it? Email us at support@toxinrebellion.com to initiate a return and we'll refund every cent — no questions, no hoops.
How firm are the bristles?
Firm — but they soften after a few uses. That natural stiffness is also what keeps them effective longer.
How long does shipping take?
Australia & New Zealand: 5–8 business days.
Why Thallō
Why choose Thallō?
We care!
Every product is tested by the founders ourselves — if we wouldn’t use it, we won’t sell it.
Toxin Rebellion wasn’t started for profits — it was started from a genuine interest in reducing plastic and toxin exposure to improve people’s health, not the health of our own wallets.
Every product we sell has been sourced with care, only from reliable people, and tested personally by the founders themselves. We would not sell something that we hadn’t tested and wouldn’t use ourselves. Because of this, you can shop with us without having to worry whether the product will meet expectations.
Genuinely 100% Plastic-Free!
No greenwashed BS — boar bristle and bamboo, genuinely plastic-free.
Integrity is super important to us! We don’t wanna be selling some greenwashed BS — as we mentioned above, we use these products every day! And we certainly don’t wanna be brushing our teeth with microplastics!
Our bamboo toothbrush is not like the other bamboo toothbrushes on the market, which claim to be ‘eco friendly’ when in reality they just use plant-based plastic bristles. They sound good… but they shed microplastics into your mouth. While animal hair bristles are not for everyone, from the research we’ve done, animal hair and bamboo are the best combination for a truly effective and plastic-free toothbrush.
World Class Support
Fast, honest help from the founders themselves — a real human every time, never AI.
As we said… we care. We wanna hear your feedback and provide the best customer experience possible. Not only is it great hearing from our customers, but providing good support is good for business as well… We strive to provide fast, honest, and reliable customer support 24/7.
If you need anything at any time, flick us an email at support@toxinrebellion.com. You will not be passed off to AI — you’ll be talking to real humans.
